Help Center pages (/help), rendered by static/help/help.js. Plain text, so no build step.

Writing rules (taken from the Wonderland Digital help wiki):
- A page starts with a line `=== <slug>`. The slug is its address (/help#/<slug>), so don't rename
one casually: other pages and bookmarks link to it.
- Then `key: value` lines, then a `---` line, then the body. Keys: title, section (one of the
`section:` names below), summary (one sentence, shown on the contents page and in search),
who (which pass opens it), open (`/#<channel id> | label` for the "Open ..." button), updated.
- Plain words, second person, labels exactly as the screen shows them, what a thing is for
before how to use it. No internal routes, file names or infrastructure: this file is public.
- Facts come from the code, never from memory. Prices and tiers: dashboard/access_passes.py,
CHANNEL_DEFS in static/js/app-2.js. When a feature people can see changes, its page changes
in the same commit, plus a `news:` line.

Markdown subset: ## and ### headings, paragraphs, - and 1. lists (one nested level, two spaces),
**bold** for on-screen labels, *italic*, `code` for keys and typed values, [text](/path or https://...),
[[slug]] / [[slug|text]] / [[slug#heading]] for links to other help pages, pipe tables, and callouts:
a > line starting **Tip:**, **Note:**, **Careful:** or **Bounty Seeker:**. Everything is escaped;
there is no raw-HTML path.

=== getting-started
title: Getting started
section: Getting started
summary: What Snipers-R-Us is, how to sign in, what a free Cadet account gets you, and where to go first.
updated: 2026-10-05
---
Snipers-R-Us (SRUS) is a trading desk you can sit at: live market pages, trade setups from our bots and traders, our own charts and indicators, a paper account to practise on, and a community to talk it through with. Everything here is education, not financial advice (see [[risk-and-terms]]).

## Signing in

There are no passwords. You sign in with a code sent to your email.

1. Go to [srus.dev/access](/access).
2. Type your email, tick the box to say you are 18 or over and agree to the Terms, and ask for a code.
3. Check your email for a 6-digit code and type it in. A sign-in code works for 10 minutes (15 when you are signing up).

The same button works whether you are new or coming back. A new email gets a free **Cadet** account. An email we already know gets a sign-in code for its account.

> **Tip:** No email after a minute? Check spam, then ask for a new code. You can ask again after 60 seconds. Five wrong tries cancel a code, so ask for a fresh one rather than guessing.

The first time you sign in, and again whenever the Terms change, you are asked to read and accept them before the site opens.

## What a free Cadet account gets

A Cadet account costs nothing and never runs out. You get:

- The **BTC** desk, the **Heatmap**, **Scope** and **News** (see [[markets]]).
- **Sniper Charts**, **Ricky's Live Chart** and **Price Charts**.
- The **Paper Terminal** for practice trades on BTC, and **My Trades** with your own record (see [[paper-trading]]).
- The **Lounge** (text only, one post every 15 minutes), the **Forum**, the **Elder Board** and **Announcements** (see [[community]]).
- **Indicator School**, **YouTube**, **Rules & Glossary**, the **Mind Desk** and the **Arcade**.
- A chance to earn a free pass by paper trading well (see [[cadet-rewards]]).

Pages that need a pass still show in the menus with a lock, so you can see what's there. [[passes-and-prices]] lists what each pass adds.

## Where to start

1. Open **Markets › BTC** and the **Heatmap** to see what the market is doing today.
2. Read **Learn › Indicator School** to learn what our indicators draw.
3. Place a practice trade in the **Paper Terminal**, with a stop. Watch the risk coach on the ticket (see [[paper-trading]]).
4. Say hello in the **Lounge**.

[[finding-your-way]] shows you around the top bar, menus and search.

open: /access?upgrade=1 | the passes page
updated: 2026-10-05

A pass opens more of the site for a set time. You buy one on the [passes page](/access?upgrade=1). The **Upgrade** button in the top bar takes you there too.

## The passes

| Pass | Price | Lasts | Pay with |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **Cadet** | Free | Never runs out | Just an email |
| **Taste Test** | $1 | 3 hours | Card or PayPal |
| **Day Pass** | $5 | 24 hours | Card or PayPal |
| **Weekly** | $15 | 7 days | Card, PayPal or crypto |
| **Monthly** | $25 | 30 days | Card, PayPal or crypto |
| **Bounty Seeker** | $333 | Lifetime, never expires | Card, PayPal or crypto |

**Crypto is 20% off** the list price, from Weekly up: $12 for Weekly, $20 for Monthly. The Taste Test and Day Pass are card or PayPal only.

## What each pass adds

- **Taste Test** and **Day Pass**: the full live terminal, bots and signals, the Forum, Lounge and the Outposts' main rooms, paper trading on every market and the Elder Board. Not included: the backtest engine, direct messages, Creator Lab and referrals.
- **Weekly**: everything above, plus backtesting, direct messages (the Inbox), the research desks and indicator desks, Pump Radar, Coil Desk, Trenches and the Polymarket desks.
- **Monthly**: the same as Weekly, for 30 days.
- **Bounty Seeker**: everything, for life. On top of Monthly: Dump Radar, the All-Seeing Eye, early Stonks intel and sentiment, Creator Lab, API keys, the referral program and the Bounty Seeker role on Discord. See [[bounty-seeker]].

Each section's help page says which pass opens each page: [[markets]], [[signals-section|Signals]], [[charts-section|Charts]], [[bots-section|Bots]], [[community]] and [[learn-section|Learn]].

## How paying works

- **Card or PayPal** charges the list price once.
- **Crypto** goes through a hosted checkout that takes most wallets and exchanges, or you can pay straight from your own wallet (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet or Phantom) in ETH, USDT or USDC on Base, Ethereum or Arbitrum.
- **Discount codes** go in at checkout. On crypto, the 20% comes off after the code.

Passes **don't renew on their own**. When a timed pass ends, your account goes back to Cadet, and you keep your history.

You can't buy a new pass while one is still running. The page tells you when your current one ends.

> **Careful:** All sales are final, and crypto payments can't be reversed. Check the pass before you pay. Prices and features may change. See [[risk-and-terms]].

=== finding-your-way
title: Finding your way
section: Getting started
summary: The top bar, section menus, the page sidebar, search, the avatar menu and the inbox.
updated: 2026-10-05
---
This page covers the parts of SRUS that stay the same on every screen. Once you know them, any page is a couple of clicks or keystrokes away.

## The top bar

Across the top of the site, from left to right:

- The **page menu** button shows or hides the sidebar. On a phone, the **≡** button opens the whole menu instead.
- The **SRUS logo** takes you home to the **Hub**.
- The six sections: **Markets**, **Signals**, **Charts**, **Bots**, **Community** and **Learn**.
- **Search** (also `⌘K`).
- **Upgrade**, if you are on a free Cadet account.
- The **lightning bolt** opens your Signal Inbox, and the **bell** your notifications (see [[notifications]]).
- The **envelope** opens your Inbox of private chats, when your pass includes it.
- Your **avatar** opens the menu about you.

## Home: the Hub

The **Hub** is home. The SRUS logo always brings you back to it. It gives you the fund overview, live positions and funding rates at a glance. On a Cadet account it is read-only and leaves out the bots' own data.

## Section menus

Hover a section name to open its menu. Pages are grouped, with a line under each saying what it is. Click the section name itself to see all of its pages as cards, or pick **All of …** at the bottom of the menu.

On a touch screen, tap a section to open its menu. With a keyboard, move to a section and press `↓`, `Enter` or `Space`, then use `↑` and `↓` to move through the menu and `Esc` to close it.

A **🔒** means the page needs a higher pass. Picking it takes you to the passes page. A **β** means the page is in beta. A number shows unread posts.

## The sidebar

The sidebar on the left lists the pages of the section you are in, so you can move between them without going back to the top. In a trader's Outpost, it lists that room's channels first.

Press `B` to show or hide it. On a narrower screen it floats over the page and closes once you pick something.

## Search

Press `⌘K` on a Mac or `Ctrl+K` on Windows, or click **Search**. Type part of a page's name, a desk or a bot, use `↑` and `↓` to pick, and `Enter` to open. `Esc` closes it.

## Keyboard shortcuts

| Keys | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| `⌘K` / `Ctrl+K` | Search pages, desks and bots |
| `B` (or `]`) | Show or hide the sidebar |
| `Esc` | Close menus and search |
| `⌘S` / `Ctrl+S` | Take a screenshot of the site, to post to the Forum or an Outpost, copy or save |
| `/` | On the Heatmap, jump to its search box |

Sniper Charts has its own set: see [[paper-trading#sniper-charts-keyboard-shortcuts]].

## The avatar menu

Click your avatar for the pages about you:

| Item | What it is |
| --- | --- |
| **Profile** | Your name, photo, paper book and desk alerts |
| **Mind Desk** | Fear and greed, the put/call ratio, BTC dominance and a session playbook |
| **Referrals** | The Bounty Seeker referral program |
| **API Keys** | Bounty Seeker keys for signals and webhooks |
| **Creator Lab** | The Bounty Seeker self-host toolkit for signal bots |
| **Arcade** | Games, for a break from the charts |
| **Help** | This Help Center |
| **Support** | Send us a support ticket (see [[support]]) |
| **Report a bug** | Tell us something is broken |

Items your pass doesn't include are left out. [[bounty-seeker]] covers Referrals, API Keys and Creator Lab.

> **Note:** The top bar is rolling out. If you still see the older layout, with a long list of desks down the left, open the site with `?nav=2` on the end of the address to switch (and `?nav=1` to switch back).

=== bots-section

section: The sections
summary: Fleet Analysis and the page for each trading bot: what they trade and how to read them.
who: Any paid pass
open: /#fleet-analysis | Fleet Analysis
updated: 2026-10-05
---
The SRUS bots trade on their own, around the clock, and every one of them shows its work. **Bots** has a page for each bot and **Fleet Analysis**, which measures all of them the same way so you can compare.

## Fleet Analysis

Every bot measured on the same yardstick: what is working, what isn't, and how they line up against each other. Start here if you want to know which bots to pay attention to.

Pick a window (**7D**, **30D**, **90D** or **ALL**) to see the fleet's PnL, closed trades, win rate, profit factor, worst drawdown and open positions, then a card for each bot with a verdict:

| Verdict | What it means |
| --- | --- |
| **WORKING** | Making clearly more than it loses (profit factor 1.2 or better) |
| **MARGINAL** | Roughly break-even |
| **FADING** | Its last 20 trades are losing |
| **NOT WORKING** | Losing over the window |
| **UNPROVEN** | Fewer than 20 trades: too early to tell |
| **IDLE** | No trades in this window |
| **STALLED** | Hasn't closed a trade for longer than usual |
| **BROKEN** | The bot isn't running |

Further down: what to do with that, the open book, whether it pays when several bots agree, which coins more than one bot trades, whether the bots move together, and **Signal grades** (see [[signal-grading#signal-grades-in-fleet-analysis]]). Results are paper unless tagged **LIVE**.

## The bots

| Bot | What it trades |
| --- | --- |
| **SniperBot** | Alt coins, entering on GPS zones, support and resistance and confluence |
| **Sniper13** | A SniperBot fork on the top 50 OKX coins, with the THIRTEEN count as extra confirmation. In beta. |
| **PaxGBot** | Gold swings, on PAXG |
| **EUR/USD Bot** | EUR/USD swings on confluence entries. Paper only. |
| **Wave Sniper** | Elliott Wave zones with confluence and divergence |
| **Alt Bot** | Hourly support / resistance and GPS picks on alts, with a live paper book |
| **StonksBot** | Tokenized stocks, with a QQQ focus. In beta. |
| **Sniper 4H** | The five Sniper studies that held up on the 4-hour chart. In beta, paper. |
| **Liq Sweeps** | The Liquidity Sweeps desk trading on its own. In beta, paper. |
| **MM Bot** | Market Maker 6H box trades. In beta, paper only. |
| **NAS100** | A Nasdaq scalper. In beta, and only shown when it is switched on. Weekly and up. |

Bots marked beta are left out of the fund's combined PnL.

## A bot's page

Each bot's page shows its balance, total PnL, win rate, win/loss ratio, trades, average win and loss, and profit factor, then a 30-day equity curve, its open positions and live setup, analytics (Sharpe, max drawdown, best session and more) and its full trade history. It refreshes every 30 seconds. Alt Bot shows its latest picks and scan history instead.

The bots are run by the SRUS team. There's nothing for you to switch on or off.

> **Note:** A bot's past results don't promise anything about its next trade. Bots lose too, and you can see every loss on its page.

=== signal-grading
title: How signals are graded
section: Trading tools
summary: Every setup is checked against real price afterwards. What the grades mean, the chips on each card, and the Signal Deck tabs.
who: Any paid pass
open: /#signals | the Signal Deck
updated: 2026-10-05
---
A track record is only worth something if nobody gets to pick which trades count. So SRUS grades **every** long or short setup that has an entry, a stop and a target, from the bots and from the desk, the same way, automatically. Grading runs every 10 minutes.

## How a setup is graded

Each setup is replayed on 5-minute candles from OKX perpetual swaps:

1. **Did it fill?** Price has to trade through the entry within **6 hours** of the post. If it never does, the setup is **NOT FILLED** and doesn't count as a win or a loss.
2. **Stop or target first?** After the fill, each candle is checked for the stop, then the target. If both are hit inside the same 5-minute candle, it counts as a **loss**. We can't know which came first, so we assume the worse.
3. **Time limit.** If neither is hit within **48 hours** of the fill, the setup **EXPIRES** and is marked at the last price.

Repeat posts of the same setup count once. A setup whose stop and target are on the wrong sides of its entry is marked **BAD LEVELS** and isn't graded.

> **Note:** Gold (PAXG) setups are graded on the gold (XAU) perp. Markets with no OKX perp, such as EUR/USD, aren't graded.

## R: the unit of the grade

Results are in **R**, where 1R is the setup's own risk: the distance from entry to stop. A stop-out is always **−1R**. A target twice as far away as the stop is **+2R**. R lets you compare setups of any size, on any coin.

Each graded setup also records:

- **Best and worst**: how far it went for and against you before it finished, in R.
- **Late entry**: what you'd have made entering 5, 15 or 60 minutes after the post. This shows whether a setup is still worth taking if you see it late.
- **Market regime**: what the market was doing when the setup was posted.

## The chips on a signal card

| Chip | What it means |
| --- | --- |
| **WIN +1.80R** | Hit the target, and how much it made |
| **LOSS −1.00R** | Hit the stop |
| **EXPIRED** | Ran out of time. Marked at the last price, so it can be up or down. |
| **NOT FILLED** | Price never reached the entry within 6 hours |
| **LIVE · best +0.6R** | Filled and still running, with its best move so far |
| **BAD LEVELS** | The stop or target is on the wrong side of the entry |
| **FLEET 3▲ 1▼** | How many bots are long and short on this coin right now (from 2 bots up). **SPLIT** means no clear side. **AGAINST** means most bots disagree with this card. |
| **BOT +0.42R/trade** | This bot's average result per setup over the last 30 days. Only shown once it has 8 graded setups. |

Hover a grade chip to see the best and worst moves and how long it took.

## The Signal Deck tabs

| Tab | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| **ACTIVE** | Setups in play now |
| **LONGS** / **SHORTS** | The same, one side only |
| **LOG** | Every setup, newest first, with its grade |
| **EDGE** | **Live tape bias**: which way the bots lean right now, coin by coin. For each coin: its bias, how many bots are long and short, how many setups are **in play** (price within 0.3% of the entry or past it) and how many are still **coming**. |

**EDGE** only looks at current setups. The graded history lives in **Fleet Analysis**, under **Signal grades**.

## Signal grades in Fleet Analysis

Pick **7D**, **30D** or **90D** to see each bot's graded record: win rate, average R, and how scores and late entries worked out. Any result above 0R counts as a win there, including an expired setup that finished up. A bot with fewer than 20 graded setups is marked **thin**: don't read much into it yet.

> **Careful:** Grades describe the past. A bot that's been good for a month can have a bad week. Grades are a reason to look closer, never a reason to skip your own checks.

title: Paper trading and the terminal
section: Trading tools
summary: Practise futures trades with pretend money, use the risk coach on the order ticket, and read your own habits in MY EDGE.
who: Everyone (Cadets trade BTC only)
open: /#trading-terminal | the Paper Terminal

The **Paper Terminal** is Sniper Charts with a futures order ticket and a paper book: trades with pretend money, on live prices. Nothing is sent to an exchange. It's the place to practise a plan, test your sizing and build habits before any real money is involved.

## Your paper account

- You start with **$1,000** of paper money.
- Signed in, your book is saved to your account and follows you between devices. Not signed in, you trade in **practice mode**: the book lives in that browser for 30 days and isn't saved to a profile.
- Free Cadets can trade **BTC**. Any paid pass opens every market.
- Fees and slippage are counted, like a real exchange: 0.05% for market orders, 0.02% for limit orders, plus a little slippage.

If your equity falls to $1 or less, open positions are closed and the book starts again at $1,000. Your **Profile** counts these as **Accounts blown**.

## Placing a trade

1. Pick the market on the chart.
2. Choose **Market**, **Limit** or **Stop** (a stop order needs a **Trigger Price**).
3. Set your leverage and your margin (at least 10 USDT; the 25%, 50%, 75% and **Max** buttons use your free balance).
4. Add a **Take Profit** and a **Stop Loss**. Both are optional, and the 0.5%, 1% and 2% buttons fill them in quickly.
5. Confirm. If you haven't set a stop, the confirm box says **No stop set** and the button reads **Open without a stop**.

Take profit, stop loss and liquidation all trigger on the mark price. You can close an open position in part (**25%**, **50%**) or in full (**Close**). The book below the chart has **Positions**, **Orders**, **Fills**, **History** and **Log**.

> **Note:** The paper book caps leverage, so a very high setting on the ticket may open at a lower leverage. Check the leverage on the open position.

## The risk coach

As you fill in the ticket, the risk coach tells you what the trade really risks, before you place it:

- **Risk at stop**: how much you lose if the stop is hit, in dollars and as a share of your account, plus reward to risk when you've set a target.
- **No stop**: your risk is the whole margin, and it shows how far away liquidation is.
- **Stop past liquidation**: you'd be liquidated before your stop is reached.
- **Wrong side**: the stop is on the wrong side of your entry.

It turns amber above **2%** of your account at risk, and red above **5%** or when the stop sits right by liquidation. Above about 1% it offers **Size for 1% risk**, which sets the margin so a stop-out costs 1% of your account.

It also shows what a losing streak of 5 trades in a row would cost (10 when your risk is small), and how likely that streak is over your next 100 trades. It uses your own win rate once you have 10 trades, and 45% until then.

> **Tip:** Many traders risk 1% or less per trade. Losing streaks happen to everyone; small risk is what lets you survive them.

## My Trades

**My Trades** holds your book: **OPEN**, **HISTORY**, **FILLS** and **◆ MY EDGE**.

## MY EDGE

**MY EDGE** reads your own closed paper trades and shows your habits, good and bad. It's a coach, not a scoreboard.

The headline numbers: net PnL, win rate, average win against average loss, profit factor, average result per trade in R (for trades that had a stop), and how many of your trades had a stop.

Below that, short notes tagged **LEAK**, **EDGE** or **NOTE**. Each one only appears when there's enough data to back it up. They look for things like:

- Trading without stops.
- **Revenge trades**: getting back in within 15 minutes of a losing exit, when those trades do worse than your others.
- **Overtrading**: days with far more trades than usual for you.
- **Leverage creep**: your leverage climbing over time.
- **Sizing up after losses**.
- **Holding losers** much longer than winners.
- Your best and worst session, coin and side, and the win rate you need to break even.

You'll also see your trades broken down by session (Asia, London, New York, off-hours, in UTC), by coin, by weekday and long against short, and **This week** against **Last week** (rolling 7-day windows).

Groups with fewer than 5 trades are marked **thin** and never drive a note. Under 20 trades, MY EDGE tells you it's an early read.

## Sniper Charts keyboard shortcuts

On Sniper Charts and the terminal, start typing a coin's name to search for it. Every shortcut uses **Option** on a Mac or **Alt** on Windows, so plain typing never fires one. Press `?` for the full sheet.

| Keys | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| `Alt` + `Z` `X` `N` `U` `O` `Y` `R` | Timeframe: 1m, 5m, 15m, 1H, 4H, 1D, 1W |
| `Alt` + `J` / `K` / `L` | Previous, next and latest bot signal |
| `Alt` + `S` | Bot signals on or off |
| `Alt` + `I` / `B` | Indicator panel / search indicators |
| `Alt` + `W` | Add to watchlist |
| `Alt` + `T` `H` `V` `F` `C` `P` | Draw: trend line, horizontal, vertical, fib, cross line, pencil (`Alt` + `Q` for the cursor) |
| `Alt` + `E` / `A` / `G` | Elliott impulse, correction, fib extension |
| `Alt` + drag | Measure |
| `←` `→`, `+` `−` | Pan and zoom |
| `⌘Z` / `⇧⌘Z` | Undo and redo |

Trading alone is hard. **Community** is where SRUS members talk, share ideas and keep each other honest.

| Page | What it is | Who can open it |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Lounge** | Live chat with everyone online | Everyone (Cadets: text only, one post every 15 minutes) |
| **Forum** | Boards, trade ideas and proof | Everyone |
| **Inbox** | Private chats with other members | Weekly and up |
| **Elder Board** | Who's trading best on paper | Everyone |
| **PnL Wall** | Post your real PnL, wins and losses | Any paid pass |
| **Announcements** | House notices, upgrades and downtime | Everyone, even signed out |
| **Ricky's Outpost**, **Masheen's Outpost**, **Crypto Chem's Outpost** | Each trader's own desk | Any paid pass |

## The Lounge

One live chat room for everyone online. Messages can be up to 800 characters. Paid members can post pictures. Free Cadets can post text once every 15 minutes. Type `@` and a name to mention someone: they get a notification.

## The Forum

The Forum has boards for every kind of conversation. Anyone signed in can post in the open boards, among them **Start here**, **Newbie help**, **Trade ideas**, **Elliott Wave**, **Indicators & bots**, **Journals & results**, **Reviews & testimonials** and **Off-topic**, plus boards for partnerships, hiring, business, gaming, music, movies and memes.

A few boards are written by the SRUS team: **Change log** (what changed on the site; posts there notify everyone), **Bot Lab**, **From the Outpost** and **Creator corner**.

## The Inbox

Private one-to-one chats. Open it from the envelope in the top bar or **Community › Inbox**. It comes with the Weekly pass and up.

You can **Mute** a chat to stop its alerts. On the Inbox page, **Turn on** gets you a notification on this device when someone messages you (see [[notifications#push-notifications]]).

## The Elder Board

Everyone's paper book, ranked, with the SRUS bots alongside. It ranks by realized paper PnL to begin with. Use **Rank by** to switch to **ROI %**, **uPnL**, **Open**, **Win rate** or **Volume**. Your trades in the [[paper-trading|Paper Terminal]] are what put you on it.

## The PnL Wall

Proof, not talk. Click **Share your PnL** and add a screenshot of a real result, win or loss, with a caption if you like (up to 280 characters). Images should be PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF, under about 400 KB. The wall also shows the closed-trade posts from the Outposts' #pnl rooms.

> **Tip:** Post your losses too. A wall of only wins teaches nobody anything.

## Announcements

House notices: new features, upgrades and downtime. Anyone can read them, signed in or not. Only the SRUS team posts here.

## Trader Outposts

Each featured trader has an **Outpost**: their own desk where they think out loud and post their read on BTC, ETH and SOL, with a weekly outlook and a #pnl room. When you're in an Outpost, the sidebar lists that room's channels.

- **Ricky's Outpost**: Ricky's notes, the majors and his scans.
- **Masheen's Outpost**: Masheen's desk. Posts go live here and are shared to the feed.
- **Crypto Chem's Outpost**: Crypto Chem's desk, the same way.

- The main rooms need a paid pass. Free Cadets see them locked, with a preview.
- Ricky's **#pnl** room is public: anyone can read it.
- A few rooms, such as Ricky's astro room, need Weekly or up.

Any bought pass can post in the Outposts. Posts can carry up to 6 images.

## Creators

**Community › Creators** has a page for each creator we work with, **Ricky Spanish**, **Jim of All Trades** and **WaveCipher**, with their links and how to reach them. These pages need a paid pass.

> **Note:** Be respectful. No spam, no pumping, and never post someone else's private information. Breaking the house rules can cost you your account (see [[risk-and-terms]]).

=== notifications

updated: 2026-10-05

SRUS tells you when something needs your attention in a few places. This page explains each one and how to turn it down.

## The bell

The bell in the top bar collects what happened while you were looking elsewhere:

- New signals posted since you opened the page.
- Lounge mentions and messages, private messages and likes.
- Desk pings to everyone, and forum notifications.
- Your Sniper Charts price alerts.
- Coil Desk setups and Trenches alerts, if your pass includes them.

Opening the bell marks everything read. Each item has an **×** to dismiss it, and **[CLEAR ALL]** empties the list. The bell keeps your latest 50 items, and only in this browser: a different device has its own list.

## The Signal Inbox

The lightning bolt in the top bar is your **Signal Inbox**: the latest 20 trade setups as they post. Click one to open that setup in the Signal Deck. See [[signal-grading]] for how setups are graded.

## Push notifications

Push notifications reach you even when SRUS isn't open: on your phone's lock screen or your computer's notification area. They come with the Weekly pass and up.

To turn them on, open your **Inbox** and click **Turn on** under "Get notified when someone messages you", then allow notifications when your browser asks. You can turn them on for up to 6 devices.

> **Tip:** On an iPhone, push notifications need SRUS on your home screen first: tap **Share**, then **Add to Home Screen**, and open SRUS from there.

Once on, you're notified about:

- Private messages, unless you've muted that chat.
- Lounge @mentions, and Lounge messages when you have no SRUS tab open.
- Desk pings to everyone, announcements, change-log posts and new YouTube videos.
- Your Sniper Charts price alerts, when the page is closed.
- New signals. The first one comes straight away. After that, new ones are bundled into one update at most every 15 minutes, so your phone doesn't buzz all day. The same setup is never sent twice, and anything older than 30 minutes isn't sent at all.

**Turning them down:** mute a chat with its **Mute** button. To stop push notifications altogether, switch them off for srus.dev in your browser's or phone's notification settings.

## Sounds

The desk can call things out loud. In your **Profile**, the **Alerts** tab has switches for **Sound** (everything), **Voice callouts**, **Alert tones** and **Market alerts** (sessions, GPS, deviations and breakouts), a voice style, and **Preview alert** to hear one. These settings are saved in this browser.

## Email

Besides your sign-in codes, SRUS may email you a short morning desk note on weekdays. Every one has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

=== account

## Your profile

Open **Profile** from your avatar menu. It has four tabs:

| Tab | What's there |
| --- | --- |
| **Identity** | Your display name (up to 32 characters), a short bio (up to 280) and your photo |
| **Account** | Your pass, your paper book (balance, realized PnL, win rate, wins and losses, closed and open trades, accounts blown) and **Sign out** |
| **Alerts** | Desk sounds and voice callouts (see [[notifications#sounds]]) |
| **Following** | The signals you follow |

## The Mind Desk

**Mind Desk**, also in your avatar menu, is about the trader rather than the chart. It reads your recent trading for signs of tilt (**Calm**, **Warm**, **Heated** or **Tilted**), suggests personal rules from your own history, and has a once-a-day mood check-in with a short note. It also shows market mood: fear and greed, the put/call ratio, BTC dominance and when funding says a trade is crowded.

## Signing out

**Sign out** is under **Profile › Account**. It signs out this browser only. Other devices stay signed in until you sign out there too.

## When a pass ends

Timed passes don't renew. When one ends, your account goes back to a free Cadet account. Your profile, paper book and posts stay. You can buy a new pass any time from the [passes page](/access?upgrade=1). See [[passes-and-prices]].

As a free Cadet you can earn a pass by trading well in the [[paper-trading|Paper Terminal]]. Not by getting lucky once, but by showing up, trading regularly and finishing in profit. The card that tracks it is titled **Trade your way to a free pass**.

## What you can earn

| Reward | Over the last | Closed trades | Days you traded | Win rate | Net PnL |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **Day Pass** (24 hours) | 7 days | 5 or more | 3 or more | 50% or more | Above $0 |
| **Weekly pass** (7 days) | 14 days | 12 or more | 7 or more | 50% or more | Above $0 |
| **Bounty Seeker** (lifetime) | 31 days | 25 or more | 15 or more | 55% or more | Above $0 |

In short: a positive week earns a Day Pass, two weeks a Weekly pass, and a month and a day a Bounty Seeker pass.

## Claiming

The card shows a progress bar and four checks. When you meet all of them, a **Claim** button appears. You get the highest reward you qualify for.

After a claim, there's a 7-day wait before you can claim the same reward, or a smaller one, again. Moving up to a bigger reward is allowed any time.

> **Tip:** All four checks count. Ten trades on one lucky day won't do it. Trading a few days a week, with stops and small risk, will.

**Bounty Seeker** is the lifetime pass. It never expires and opens everything on the site, including the pages only Bounty Seekers get: **Dump Radar**, the **All-Seeing Eye**, early Stonks **Intel** and **Sentiment**, and the three tools below, which live in your avatar menu. Bounty Seekers also get the Bounty Seeker role on Discord. [[passes-and-prices]] has the price.

## Referrals

Share SRUS and get paid for it.

- Your **Referrals** page gives you **Your referral link** and **Their discount code** to share.
- Whoever buys a Bounty Seeker pass with your discount code gets **10% off**.
- You earn a **10% commission** on that sale, paid in crypto.
- Commission is held for **30 days** after the purchase, then paid out by the SRUS team, by hand, to the wallet address you set on the page. Payouts are recorded with their on-chain transaction.

Only Bounty Seeker purchases earn a commission. Add your payout wallet (an address starting `0x`) before you share your code, so there's somewhere to send it.

The page counts your referrals as **Pending**, **Qualified** (past the 30 days) and **Paid**, with your total **Earned**. Buying through your own code doesn't count.

> **Note:** The Referrals page also has our KCEX exchange link, with a trading-fee rebate.

## API keys

**API Keys** gives you personal keys for the live signal feed: the same setups the bots post, as data you can pull into your own alerts, journal or bot.

1. Open **API Keys** from your avatar menu.
2. Give the key a label if you like (so you know which is which), and click **Generate key**.
3. Copy the key straight away. It is shown **once**: we only keep a scrambled copy, so we can't show it again.

You can have up to **3** active keys, each allowed **60 requests a minute**. Keys only read signals. They can never place trades or change your account. If a key leaks, click **Revoke** on the same page: it stops working straight away. Then make a new one.

> **Careful:** Keys are for personal use: your own alerts, journals, private bots and tools. Reselling or redistributing the feed, or running a public signal service on it, isn't allowed without a separate plan.

The technical reference is at [/docs/api](/docs/api).

## Creator Lab

**Creator Lab** is a self-host toolkit for building your own signal bots on SRUS ideas.

- **Open-source indicators**: what each tool (GPS, support and resistance, VWAP, golden pocket and more) does, and how the bots stack them.
- **Starter kits** that emit structured signal data you can forward to Discord, a private webhook or any channel you control.
- An **LLM prompt pack** to paste into ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor.
- An optional feed of recent public signal events.

You run the bots on your own computer or server. SRUS doesn't host them and never collects your tokens or secrets. It's a toolkit, not a managed service.

=== faq
title: Questions people ask
section: Help & safety
summary: Quick answers about signing in, passes, payments, paper trading and what SRUS is (and isn't).
updated: 2026-10-05
---
## Is SRUS financial advice?

No. Everything on SRUS is education and information. Nobody here is your broker or advisor, and every trade you take is your own decision. See [[risk-and-terms]].

## Do I need a password?

No. You sign in with a 6-digit code we email you. See [[getting-started#signing-in]].

## My sign-in code didn't arrive

Check your spam folder first, then ask for a new code. A code works for 10 minutes (15 when you're signing up), and five wrong tries cancel it.

## Is there a free option?

Yes. A **Cadet** account is free and never runs out. It includes the BTC desk, the Heatmap, Sniper Charts, paper trading on BTC, the Lounge and the Forum. See [[getting-started#what-a-free-cadet-account-gets]].

## Will my pass renew and charge me again?

No. Passes are one-off payments. When a timed pass ends, your account goes back to Cadet. Nothing is charged until you buy again.

## Can I pay with crypto?

Yes, from the Weekly pass up, and crypto is 20% off. The Taste Test and Day Pass are card or PayPal only. See [[passes-and-prices#how-paying-works]].

## Can I get a refund?

All sales are final, and crypto payments can't be reversed. If something is broken, tell us through [[support]] and we'll look into it.

## Why can't I buy a pass right now?

You can't stack passes. While a timed pass is running, or once you're a Bounty Seeker, the passes page tells you there's nothing to buy until it ends.

## Why is a page locked?

A **🔒** means your pass doesn't include it. Each section's help page lists which pass opens each page, starting with [[markets]].

## Is the paper terminal real money?

No. Paper trades are practice with pretend money. Nothing is sent to an exchange. See [[paper-trading]].

## Are the bots trading real money?

Mostly no. Bot results are paper trading unless they're tagged **LIVE**. Either way, results describe the past and don't promise anything. See [[bots-section]].

## Can I share my account?

No. One person per account. Sharing, selling or reselling access is against the Terms.

Couldn't find the answer here? There are two ways to reach the SRUS team from inside the site.

## Send a support ticket

Use a ticket for anything about your account: signing in, billing, a pass that didn't unlock, the bots, signals or the paper terminal.

1. Click your avatar in the top bar and pick **Support**.
2. Fill in **Your name**, a **Reply email** and a **Topic**: **Access / login**, **Billing / PayPal**, **Bots / signals**, **Trading terminal**, **Bug report** or **Other**.
3. Write what happened in **Message** and click **Submit ticket**.

Your ticket goes straight to the SRUS team by email, and we reply to the address you gave.

> **Note:** It's one ticket at a time. Allow up to 24 hours for a reply before you send another.

**Support** is part of every paid pass. On a free Cadet account, use **Report a bug** below or ask in the SRUS Discord.

## Report a bug

Something looks broken? Pick **Report a bug** in your avatar menu, or **Report bug** at the bottom of the page. A small box opens. Say what happened and what you expected instead, and click **Send**. The page you were on is attached for you, so you don't need to describe where you were.

## Tips for a quick answer

- Say what you clicked, what you saw and what you expected.
- For a payment, include the pass, the date, and how you paid (card, PayPal or crypto). For crypto, the transaction hash helps.
- Never send your sign-in code, wallet seed phrase or private keys to anyone, including us. We will never ask for them.

=== risk-and-terms
title: Risk and the Terms
section: Help & safety
summary: The short version of our Terms of Use and Risk Disclosure, and how to trade here without getting hurt.
updated: 2026-10-05
---
Everything on SRUS is for learning. Signals, bot trades, calls, charts, levels, the heatmap, grades and scores are information, **not financial advice**, and nobody here is your broker or advisor. The full text is the [Terms of Use & Risk Disclosure](/terms). This page is the short version, in plain words.

## Trading is risky

Crypto, futures, perpetual swaps and tokenized products move fast. Leverage multiplies losses as well as gains, and liquidation can wipe out a position or a whole account in minutes. Prices can gap, stops can slip, and exchanges can go down. Only trade money you can afford to lose completely.

## Your trades are your decisions

- **Don't trade blindly** off any signal, call, bot or chart. Check the setup yourself first.
- **Always use a stop**, size every trade so a loss is small, and use leverage you understand.
- **Don't** size too big, over-leverage, revenge trade, or risk money you need.

What you take, and what happens next, is yours alone.

## Past results are not promises

Win rates, PnL, grades and track records describe the past. They don't predict the next trade. Most bot and terminal results are **paper** (simulated) trading, which leaves out slippage, fees, funding and nerves. Real results can be much worse.

> **Tip:** The site helps you here. The [[paper-trading|risk coach]] on the order ticket shows what a trade risks before you place it, and [[paper-trading#my-edge|MY EDGE]] shows your own habits, good and bad.

## Accounts and payments

- You must be 18 or over.
- One person per account. Don't share, sell or resell your access, signals or content.
- Be respectful. No spam, no manipulation, no posting other people's private information.
- All sales are final, and crypto payments can't be reversed. Prices and features may change.

Accounts that break the Terms can be suspended or closed without a refund.

## Third parties

SRUS links to exchanges and services we don't control, such as KCEX, MEXC, Phemex, PayPal, NOWPayments, TradingView, Discord and X. Some links are referral links that may earn SRUS a commission.

When the Terms change, the site asks you to read and accept the new version before you carry on.
