Everything on SRUS is education, not financial advice.
Trading is risky. Leverage can wipe out your account. Only trade what you can afford to lose.
Never trade blindly off a signal, bot, call or chart. Do your own research.
Always use risk management: a stop on every trade, sensible position size, leverage you understand.
Your trades, your decisions, your results. All sales are final.

1. Agreement

By creating an account, buying a pass, or using srus.dev, Sniper Charts, the Outpost, the forum, bots, signals, indicators or any related service ("SRUS"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use SRUS.

2. Educational only, not financial advice

Everything on SRUS is for education and information only. That includes signals, bot trades, calls, charts, levels, the heatmap, grades, scores, Ricky's chart, Outpost posts, forum posts, streams and indicators. None of it is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. SRUS and its operators, traders and members are not brokers, financial advisors or fiduciaries, and no advisor-client relationship is created.

3. Trading is risky. You can lose everything.

Trading crypto, futures, perpetual swaps, leveraged and tokenized products is extremely risky. Leverage multiplies losses as well as gains, and liquidation can wipe out your whole position or account in minutes. Prices can gap, stops can slip or fail to fill, and exchanges can go down, freeze withdrawals or fail. Only trade money you can afford to lose completely.

4. Your trades are your responsibility

Every trade you take is your own decision, and you alone are responsible for the result. You agree that:

You will not trade blindly off any signal, call, bot or chart. Do your own research and confirm every setup yourself.
You will always use risk management: a stop loss on every trade, position sizes you can afford to lose, and leverage you understand.
You will not size too big, over-leverage, revenge trade, or risk money you need.
Losses from position size, leverage, entries, exits, missed stops, late entries, or copying anyone else are entirely yours.

5. No guarantees. Results are not promises.

Signals, bots and calls can be wrong, late, incomplete or stopped out. Win rates, P&L, grades, "receipts" and track records describe the past and do not predict future results. Bot and terminal results are mostly paper (simulated) trading, which ignores real-world slippage, fees, funding, liquidity and emotions. Live results can be much worse. Data from exchanges and third parties may be delayed, wrong or unavailable.

6. Third parties

SRUS uses or links to third-party services (for example exchanges such as KCEX, MEXC and Phemex, plus PayPal, NOWPayments, TradingView, Discord and X). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their actions, failures, fees, losses or terms. Some links are referral or affiliate links that may earn SRUS a commission.

7. Service "as is"

SRUS is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, including accuracy, reliability, availability or fitness for a purpose. Features, data, signals and bots may change, break, pause or be removed at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SRUS and its owners, operators, traders, moderators and partners are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, liquidations, missed trades or data loss, arising from your use of SRUS or any content on it. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid SRUS in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to cover SRUS and its operators against claims, losses and costs (including legal fees) that come from your trading, your use of SRUS, your content, or your breaking these Terms.

10. Eligibility

You must be at least 18. Check your local laws to see if you're eligible for futures trading.

11. Accounts and conduct

One person per account; don't share, sell or resell your access, signals or content. Be respectful, don't spam or manipulate, and don't post others' private information. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms, without refund.

12. Payments

Passes are charged as shown at checkout. All sales are final. Crypto payments can't be reversed. Prices and features may change.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Using SRUS after an update, or accepting the new version when asked, means you agree to it.
